Part I: Breakfast with a Scenic View of the Vineyard

We start out the visit with a short video that describes the cheese and wine production process, allowing you to soak up the special atmosphere of the winery. At the same time, our staff will prepare a kosher and luxurious breakfast which includes:

• Tasting plate with 4 types of goat cheese produced locally
• Omelette made from two eggs and herbs
• Vegetable salad with salted cheese, nuts, cranberries and pesto sauce
• Two types of tapenade (dried tomatoes and olives)
• Tuna and olives
• Rustic bread with nuts
• Goat butter and high quality fruit confectionery
• Coffee, espresso or tea 
• Orange juice jugs and cold water on the tables

Part II: Laughing Show

"Laugh Together" – our flagship workshop from the "Laugh Show" joins us for this unique workshop. The audience comes out laughing, feeling genuine joy. Activities include rhythm music and pure fun. The lecture is tailored to the audience and the content that is specifically requested.

Duration: 1 – 1 ½ hours

Part III: Professional Chocolate Workshop

In our professional chocolate workshop, participants will learn how to make and produce quality chocolate, using only high-quality, raw materials. Participants will learn and experiment with tempering methods, learn how to make crazy chocolate tablets and colorful pralines with intoxicating flavors.

Duration: 1 ½ hours

Part IV: Wine Tasting 

Enjoy wine tasting from the range of boutique wines and quality cheeses, accompanied with explanations.

Lunch option is an additional 100 NIS/per person and does not include12% waiters service fee.
