In this workshop, participants will learn how to make dough from scratch. Participants will learn about every aspect of pasta making: the carving, shaping, the colors and the cooking. At the end of the workshop, participants will enjoy a variety of fresh pasta and ravioli with an assortment of fillings that they have prepared and cooked, themselves. Accompanied with the pasta is a wine tasting, including a variety of boutique wines, goat cheeses, frozen goat yogurt and a our Fortified dessert wine.
The package is also available for small groups at an extra cost. Prices are conditional on a minimum of 20 participants.
