In our professional chocolate workshop, participants will learn how to make and produce quality chocolate, using only high-quality, raw materials. Participants will learn and experiment with tempering methods, learn how to make crazy chocolate tablets and colorful pralines with intoxicating flavors. Accompanied with the chocolate workshop is a wine tasting, including a variety of boutique wines, and topped with frozen goat yogurt and a Port dessert wine. Each participant will also receive a beginners chocolatier certificate from Dorina Workshops.
The package is also available for small groups at an extra cost. Prices are conditional on a minimum of 20 participants.
