This workshop teaches the amazing process of turning goat’s milk into goat’s cheese.It is an introduction to the world of cheeses, types of cheese, the various steps of cheese production, basic principles for preserving cheese, the distinction between good and bad bacteria and the benefits of goat cheese. Each participant will receive a burner and goat’s milk, and will produce cheese and season it according to his or her taste. Afterwards, each participant will taste 4 types of goat cheese made in the dairy farm in order to assess the professional potential of the cheese he/she has prepared. This workshop is suitable for 10-50 participants.
