This workshop teaches the amazing process of turning goat’s milk into goat’s cheese. It is an introduction to the world of cheeses, types of cheese, the various steps of cheese production, basic principles for preserving cheese, the distinction between good and bad bacteria and the benefits of goat cheese. Each participant will receive a burner and goat’s milk, and will produce cheese and season it according to their taste.
After the Cheese Workshop, participants are invited to taste our range of boutique wines and cheeses made specially by the dairy, with frozen yogurt to top it off.
Duration: 1 ½ hours
For the last part of the day, participants will enjoy a cold/hot drink and selected samples from our Bakery products. A short video and the history of our unique bakery will finish your special day.
